    An AGS Operator is responsible for conducting all planned work and activities to ensure operational requirements are met in relation to: Aeration, Harvest, Seed and Shed operations, in-loading and out-loading.

    Predominately based in the Leeton area this role may be called upon to travel to various AGS depots in the Griffith and Leeton area to fulfill seasonal requirements. This role will allow you to contribute to the dynamic growth of the organisation and strive for excellence in our products. Whilst this role is a day work role, the successful candidates will be required to work shift work during short term periods to facilitate leave coverage across the team. Reasonable overtime is also required to meet business needs during peak seasonal periods, such as Harvest and Seed Issue.

    To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

    • Experience with grain practices and processes
    • Bobcat / Forklift License and/or ability to obtain
    • Heavy Rigid vehicle license or ability to obtain
    • Moderate Computer Literacy
    • Sound mechanical aptitude
    • Self-motivated and reliable
    • Understanding of and commitment to safe manual handling techniques and business Safety, Health and Environment requirements
    • Understanding of quality system, GMP policy/procedures and sampling and testing procedures
    • Sound numeracy and literacy skills
    • Able to adapt to changing production demands
