With multiple offices and a period of steady growth, they are now looking at bringing on an experienced Fitout Site Manager
Your New Role

As a Fitout Site Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of commercial fitout projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.

You will manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all safety and building regulations are met.
Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is key to this role.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fitouts or refurbishments.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with safety and building regulations.
Effective communication and client liaison abilities.
Trade qualification or relevant tertiary education
Experience with Tier 2 Fitout contractors will be highly regarded
