    The Opportunity

    You will join our Financial Services Onboarding team, vetting and checking incoming applications to prevent fraud and financial loss. Your role will be to configure and provision facilities for clients, ensuring they can start using our services as soon as possible.

    The Role

    You will efficiently assess and make decisions on merchant applications within established MYOB policies, procedures, and risk appetite. This includes gathering and analysing information about merchants' business and personal profiles to assess their risk profile.

    You will prepare risk review documentation highlighting areas of risk with recommendations and present this to management. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of client data and applications within MYOB's CRM and associated systems.

    Requirements

    • Experience in financial, payment, or related risk assessment environments is preferred.
    • Knowledge of AML – CTF, KYC policies and procedures is also beneficial.
    • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in delivering results and meeting expectations.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) are essential.
