    **Job Summary:**As an Implementation/Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client engagement strategy, focusing on the successful onboarding and implementation of HubSpot services. This position requires a unique blend of skills in account management, business analysis, and CRM transformation, ensuring that our clients achieve their marketing and sales objectives through strategic use of HubSpots suite of tools. Your role will be critical in guiding clients through significant CRM transformations, optimizing their business processes, and leveraging technology for sustained success.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of HubSpot solutions, focusing on CRM transformation projects for new and existing clients.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand clients processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive CRM optimization strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and support throughout the CRM transformation journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot services with other business systems, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of HubSpot functionalities and CRM best practices.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong focus on business analysis and CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in account management, business analysis, and CRM transformation projects within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpots platform, inbound marketing principles, and comprehensive understanding of CRM transformation processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus.
