    Liability or Complex/Heavy Vehicle Claims Assessor

    About the Role

    • Partner with customers, clients, repairers, and internal teams to manage assessments.
    • Leverage best-in-class technology solutions to assess repairs and prepare client reports.
    • Partner with specialists to drive enhancements to processes, technology, and customer/client outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Trade-qualified Panel Beater or Mechanic with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a liability/complex assessment role within Australia.
    • Skill in managing high-performing teams that deliver great customer outcomes and drive results.
    • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and adapt to new technology, systems, and processes.
