    Achieve productivity, quality & commercial outcomes through the company framework and approved motor supply chain models
    Deliver on customer and staff satisfaction expectations and performance outcomes
    Establish strategic and tactical financial and operational plans for the store
    Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic plans for the store.
    With support from their manager, develop monthly and annual sales and expense budgets for their site.

    A team player with a can-do attitude and helps to create an effective working environment
