- Kick off new projects by verifying essential project information, coordinating with marketing on collateral updates, and setting up sales incentives;
- From reservation through to settlement, manage and monitor all aspects of the sales process, ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are met and updates are communicated effectively;
- Facilitate the contract exchange and closely monitor the payment schedules, intervening when necessary to prevent contract terminations and ensuring vendor commission claims are processed timely; and
- Lead the pre-settlement procedures including updating project statuses, coordinating inspections, and finalising settlements, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared for a smooth transition.
- Proven administrative expertise, preferably in real estate sales or a similar sector;
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders;
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency; and
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
