Civil Plumbing Supervisors - Toowoomba

Protech are currently recruiting for Permanent Roles to work with a privately-owned Australian company, who look after the full spectrum of design and construction services for civil, essential services (water and sewer) and commercial sectors.

As a Plumbing Supervisor within their civil construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining quality standards to deliver projects on time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in civil plumbing, including large trunk sewer, pipe laying and water infrastructure projects and excellent leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

ABOUT THE ROLE
·Immediate start
·Work with a family oriented company
·Salary negotiated on experience (To be discussed with Protech)
·Monday - Friday, work up to 10.5 hours per day
·Local Toowoomba work with some minimal work away at times

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
·Strong leadership skills, to effectively manage, motivate and mentor a diverse team
·Coordinating and supervising plumbing projects
·Interpret plans, drawings and specification
·Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining quality standards to deliver projects on time

• Lead a team of plumbers, operators and labourers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all earthworks activities

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Construction White Card
·A trade qualification as a Plumber / Drainer, and a valid QLD Plumbing licence
·Minimum 5 years civil construction experience (Preferred)
