- Preparation of mis en place
- Presentation of food produced in line with kitchen recipes and standards
- Maintenance of a clean and hygienic work environment
- Maintenance of strict stock rotation ensuring minimum wastage
- Ensuring safe food handling practices throughout the kitchen, as required by current food health and hygiene regulations.
- Willing to work within a large kitchen team, with the flexibility to work on a rotating roster, with shifts at a variety of service times.

- Strong communication and organisational skills
