- Attending to all reactive and preventative maintenance across the village
- Coordinating trades and services to ensure the management of repairs occurs in a timely manner
- Maintaining buildings, plant, equipment, gardens and grounds
- Working with our residents with a professional and courteous manner
- Cleaning vacant units to a sales presentation standard
- Previous experience working in a similar role maintenance or labourer style role
- Energetic, friendly with the ability to communicate effectively with the village team and residents as required
- A current First Aid Certificate and a current CPR
- A full unrestricted drivers licence
- A valid National Police Check

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Person to join our team at Riverina Gums Retirement Village on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing all general repairs and maintenance services across the village. Your duties will include:
