As a Teaching Focused Academic you will contribute to the innovation of learning, teaching and assessment, and lead in the design and delivery of education at the University within the context of the Future Fit strategic plan.

You are expected to make a significant contribution to teaching practice within your department, school or faculty, and will be showing appropriate levels of leadership in the scholarship of learning and teaching, educational design and delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will have a commitment to student-centred forms of learning that support the Counselling team, delivering tutoring and lecturing of students in undergraduate and postgraduate counselling units using an interdisciplinary teaching pedagogy.
