    The exciting opportunity:

    • Design the role to suit you – option of working part or full time
    • Provide support and guidance to a small team of Speech Pathologists
    • Use your advanced clinical understanding and professional judgement to provide a range of speech and language support to adolescents and adults with a variety of needs
    • Travel to clients' homes to conduct thorough assessments on communication and mealtime management abilities
    • Deliver holistic, outcome focused and individualised care plans to help clients reach their goals
    • Work in collaboration with clients, their families and a multi-disciplinary team to implement appropriate interventions
    • Have the opportunity to work from home, writing case notes and comprehensive reports

    About you:

    • Possess tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia
    • Excellent track record as a Speech Pathologist in the disability sector with an understanding of the NDIS guidelines
    • Fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to form therapeutic relationships with clients
    • Customer service focused with a commitment to providing exceptional care in all forms
    • An empathetic, passionate, tenacious and driven professional
