Working with the Insurance Repair Industry & Commercial Sector, our client provide professional and timely Property Assessments, Repair Management, and Emergency Response Service

THE ROLE
Due to significant expansion and increased client demand, we are in need of a supervisor/estimator to bolster our operations in the Geelong and Metro West area. Upon joining our team, you will undergo thorough training led by our seasoned managers covering all aspects of our business systems and tools. This training serves as a lasting investment, establishing a robust groundwork for exceptional outcomes and enabling you to thrive independently in our adaptable work setting.

DUTIES

• Property Inspections - including client discussions, the preparation of building repair scope of works and causation reports.
• Ensure all work conforms to legislative and WHS requirements.
• Manage the full administration of the repair cycle.
• Participate in the emergency service supervisor roster.

• Trade Certificate (preferred).
• Previous insurance industry assessing/supervision experience (preferred).
• Cert IV Building & Construction (optional).
• Extensive knowledge of WHS and the BCA/NCC.
• A broad knowledge of domestic building construction and pricing.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years building / trade background.
• Current driver's license.
