    Contract from mid-May to September 2024 | Canberra Location | $ $57.45 per hour plus 11% superannuation

    OVERVIEW

    Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Credit Card Officer to join their team at the APS5 level. Within this role you will administer and deploy credit card implementation.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Administer and deploy credit card implementation from Diners to NAB
    • Create new credit cards in the NAB portal for both virtual and card in hand.
    • Draft standard responses to credit card enquiries in relation to the transition via the shared inbox and helpdesk phone.
    • Draft communications to cardholders/stakeholders regarding the transition from Diners to NAB.
    • Assign credit cards in Concur daily.
    • Draft new working instructions for the NAB processes and procedures.
    • Cancel all Diners cards by agreed date.
    • Conduct testing with NAB of the VCF files in preparation for migration date.
    • Liaising and working with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Organise collection of credit cards in Canberra office.
    • Provide advice from our Corporate Credit Card Policy, Travel Policy and Travel Regulation Manual
    • Organise delivery of credit cards to interstate and overseas staff.
    • Assist team leader in managing the timeline for the credit card transition project.

    EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

    • Understanding of the Whole of Australian Government Travel Arrangements desirable
    • Experience in using Concur, TechOne and CTM desirable.
    • Demonstrated experience in meeting tight deadlines while working collaboratively with a team.
    • Experience in MS Word, Excel and data analysis desirable.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently or under limited guidance, who has demonstrated initiative and is a self-motivator.
    • NAB and Diners experience desirable.
