    Position Overview:

    As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of renewable energy facilities.

    Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, you will oversee various aspects including asset performance, community engagement, contract monitoring, environmental and safety compliance, cost management, and budget adherence.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Uphold a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
    Supervise all site activities, whether executed by contractors or in-house personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
    Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate operational, environmental, and safety incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
    Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using designated management systems and tools.
    Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of renewable energy sites, maximising generation efficiency while prioritising safety.
    Review and monitor annual maintenance plans, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and operational requirements.
    Liaise with external contractors and stakeholders to manage site maintenance activities, procurement processes, and warranty claims.
    Actively engage with local communities, addressing concerns, attending meetings, and fostering positive relationships.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in digitisation efforts to optimise operational processes.

    Qualifications:
    Vocational Educational Training (VET) or Associate Degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
    Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory roles within the renewable energy sector.
    In-depth knowledge of renewable energy plant operations, legislation, and maintenance practices.
    Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
    Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
    Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
