- Conduct property development feasibility including modeling, costing and establishing desired business outcomes.
- Conduct due diligence and develop a robust business case demonstrating the achievement of established criteria for each project.
- Lead project planning sessions.
- Develop and document a comprehensive plan for each project to be approved by the Chief Financial Officer and executive management team.
- Lead communications and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare consultancy contracts, tenders, applications and manage associated requirements.
- Execute the approved plan for each project ensuring the achievement of documented business outcomes within the established budget without compromising quality or safety.
- Direct working groups including consultant teams' activities and functions.
- Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
- Maintain compliant project records and documentation.
- Maintain data and create detailed reports for the Chief Financial Officer and executive management team.
- Oversee existing building maintenance and property development, including infrastructure, across the organisation in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a site plan for each property focused on upgrading and improving buildings and infrastructure as required by the organisation.
- Execute approved decommissioning plans (where applicable) in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in feasibility, project management, property development and construction with sound knowledge of contemporary practices.
- Tertiary qualification/s in a relevant discipline.
- Proven ability to achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, with accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.
- Highly developed leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
- NDIS endorsement (or ability to acquire).
- Experience in residential aged care and retirement living regulations (desirable).

The Position:
The Property & Asset Manager is responsible for managing all property across the organisation throughout its entire life cycle including feasibility, development and construction, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning (where applicable).
This role will require regular travel to Respect sites.
