    Who we're looking for

    We are on the lookout for a customer-focusedAssistantStrata Managerlocatedat our BCS Branch in Southport.This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. We work as one team to deliver value to our customers and we love converting challenges into opportunities. We pride ourselves on having fun while working hard to be the best in the industry and some of this team's magic can be found in their warm and friendly approach.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Build your strata knowledge and support assigned Strata Managers in the service delivery of PICA's Body Corporate Management Agreements with repairs & and maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
    • Engage with committee members either by email or phone to provide information or handle situations related to building schemes.
    • Maintain documents and records related to the building scheme within a document management system.
    • Prepare and update meeting records and documents such as minutes and agendas using a digital document transaction system. May attend AGM or committee meeting with Strata Manager

    About you:

    • You're an experienced administration professional with good document management skills.
    • Experience in property management, strata/body corporate, or real estate is not a requirement but beneficial
    • You know how to use Microsoft but also have experience using a CRM/Document management system
    • You see challenges as opportunities and know how to problem-solve
    • You have great relationship-building skills
