The Role:
Reporting to the COO, the Head of Gaming will lead the development of Gorilla Rush's gaming strategy.

This role will work alongside the CEO and executives (internal and external), product management, web development, sales & marketing, and compliance to develop the product roadmap.

Experience in the i Gaming industry is essential, and you will be familiar working with multiple technology partners across several time zones.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Communicate comprehensive plans and implement the competitive gaming goals with the C-level.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine and implement strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the casino operations financial performance, aligning with broader business goals.
• Ensure the seamless running of all casino operations, optimising processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the content and promotional roadmap is positioned and executed in line with the customer value proposition.
• Design welcome offers and CRM offers targeting new and existing players, supporting acquisition marketing efforts to drive more new customers and more traffic with existing ones.
• Manage customer campaigns to drive retention and customer growth objectives (deposit, conversion churn, reduction and upsell)
• Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on the success of campaigns and activities, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.
• Take a data-drive approach to activities across all marketing channels and continually tweak and improve offers to maximise profitability.
• Work closely with Customer Support team to identify and fix campaign customer journeys and reduce contact-drivers.
• Acting as key point of contact for third-party games providers
• Building and maintain strong relationship with key partners and stakeholders, negotiating effective to ensure the best outcomes.

Stay abreast of industry trends, including advancements in cryptocurrency and how they can be leveraged to enhance the casino offering and attract a wider audience Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the i Gaming industry
• Deep understanding of the traditional gaming landscape and solid knowledge of the cryptocurrency space
• Experience developing strategy and executing in an uncertain environment with imperfect information.
• Natural ability to work across all functions and leadership teams to propose, persuade, and collaborate with on strategic priorities.
• Desire to cultivate and work with partners who are also building in a similar environment.
