We are seeking an experienced Nightclub Manager to lead nightly operations at The Gatsby. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining venue standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across our bar, function areas, entertainment, and late-night trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of nightclub operations, including bar, floor, host, and security teams.
• Manage entertainment schedules and execute events and functions.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and crowd control regulations.
• Monitor customer service, venue presentation, and guest safety.
• Coordinate staffing, rostering, stock control, and venue reporting.
• Work collaboratively with Artesian Hospitality's bookings and marketing teams.
• Uphold and drive a high-performance, customer-first team culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a nightclub, bar, or late-night venue management role.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality or business management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth understanding of QLD liquor licensing and venue compliance.
• RSA and RMLV certification.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-presented, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure.
