    The Position

    • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation acrossfood production and menu-based catering
    • Lead and inspire a brigade of high performing culinary talents
    • Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, & staff management
    • Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
    • Monitor costs, portion control, waste minimisation and stock control in line with business requirements and agreed budgets
    • Oversee HACCP and Allergen Management at site

    The Person

    • Qualified Head Chef with an eye for detail, quality and presentation standards
    • Solid culinary leadership experience in high end/ high volume premium dining environment
    • Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, allergen management and infection control
    • A positive, supportive, ambitious leader, with the ability to train and mentor staff
    • Finesse in plating, knowing that presentation matters
    • A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
    • Successful applicant must be able to pass an ASIC security clearance as part of the onboarding process
