About the role:

As the Enterprise Risk Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the risk management landscape within our organization. You will be instrumental in leading, managing, and executing our Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Controls Assurance program, Business Continuity Framework, and other critical governance mechanisms.

In this role, you'll be:

• leading assurance activities, designing annual program, executing reviews, and collaborating with various stakeholders to address control gaps for quality control across the organization
• managing the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework including the facilitation and performance of bi-annual risk reviews and business impact analysis.
• Managing the Governance, Risk and Compliance system (GRC) including ideation to uplift risk maturity, collating and quality managing inputs, managing the ongoing configuration and effectiveness of the system.
• promoting risk culture and understanding through, for example, developing and presenting risk education sessions and workshops

Ideally, you'll bring to the role:

• Solid risk management experience in enterprise risk management, business continuity/crisis management, assurance/audit, and/or incident/issue/change management (gained within a highly regulated sector, the energy industry would be highly favourable)
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and compliance standards
• Experience implementing, managing, or operating a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) System.
• Confident and articulate presentation skills with experience working closely with senior management
• Ability to prepare comprehensive assurance reports and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
