    Boyup Brook District High School (DHS) is seeking to establish a pool of enthusiastic, hardworking Gardener/handy people for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024/2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2025. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2024/2025 school year, up to the end of Term 2, 2025.

    As the Gardener - Handyperson, suitable applicants will work to provide gardening, grounds, and facility management to ensure a safe and clean school environment. You will maintain and present the school grounds and gardens in an attractive, clean, and tidy condition, and provide a suitable growing environment for both soft and hard landscaping, including turf management and native gardens.

    Gardeners with knowledge of native gardens, handyperson knowledge and sports field line marking experience are highly regarded. Suitable applicants will perform minor repairs and maintenance as requested, as well as other Gardener - Handyperson duties in accordance with the Department's policies and guidelines.

    Boyup Brook is situated in the South West of Western Australia approximately 270km from Perth.

    Boyup Brook DHS is a level 5 DHS catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 10 with students moving on to other schools for the Year 11/12 component of their secondary education.
