- Support the Business Performance Partner to build a culture focussed on maximising the use of reporting tools for deeper business insights, whilst actively capturing and incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a culture that emphasises the effective use of reporting tools and metrics to enhance comprehension of business performance, facilitating informed decision-making and opportunities for improvement
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to shape the design and execution of effective Business Intelligence (BI) assets and associated processes, whilst proactively identifying and addressing potential barriers to progress
- Serve as a positive advocate and liaison for the BI community during interactions with Insurance divisions and other stakeholders, promoting the value and impact of BI initiatives across the organisation
- Support the design and development of benefit tracking for key initiatives
- Support capability uplift among leaders to build a strong working knowledge of performance measurement within the business
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment conducive to high performance and employee engagement, maximising individual and collective contributions to organisational goals
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills (mandatory)
- Experience and deep understanding of a reporting related function (mandatory)
- Insurance product and operational claims knowledge (mandatory)
- Experience (2 years) working within a Claims operational environment highly regarded
- Bachelors (or higher) degree in Actuarial, Business Analytics, Economics or Finance field (desired)
- Experience in facilitating win-win outcomes with competing priorities & stakeholders (desired)
- Demonstrated understanding of insurance industry metrics and financial & operational claims results (desired)
