    YOUR RoleAs an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members across a range of commercial and industrial projects in Brisbane.

    Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeDriving safety initiatives and promoting a strong safety culture across all project sites.
    Utilising your construction background and experience to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
    Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
    Providing training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
    Collaborating with project teams to develop and implement safety strategies and initiatives.

    YOUR ExperienceTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

    Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry, with a strong track record of driving safety initiatives and fostering a safety culture.

    Thorough understanding of safety regulations and standards relevant to the construction sector.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    Relevant certifications or qualifications in occupational health and safety or a related field.
