- Engaged in a mix of litigation, advice, and transaction work focused on planning and environmental law issues
- Work may include planning approvals and appeals, major project approvals, contaminated land and waste management, planning agreements, land acquisition, advice and due diligence in the oil & gas and mining sectors, renewable energy projects, incident response & investigations, and environmental prosecutions and enforcement
- Opportunity for a role focused on environmental law and ESG issues, Planning law issues, or a mixture of both
- 3-4 years PQE in a reputable Environment & Planning practice
- Previous experience in matters involving environmental approvals and prosecutions
- Good experience with environmental law issues across various sectors
- Experience in proceedings related to environmental or planning matters
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong academic achievements
