- Works under direct supervision to perform on-site field service directly to customers regarding installing, updating, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing of equipment to meet customer requirements.
- A high level of communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
- Ability to take ownership of problems following through to resolution.
- Self-motivated individual who is proactive, professional, punctual, well presented with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work unsupervised as part of a close-knit team.
- Dedicated to high quality EH&S and ethical standards.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components - those with Chiller experience will be highly regarded.
- Certificate qualifications in Air Conditioning and refrigeration
- Air-conditioning and refrigeration licence
- Current and valid Australian driver's licence
