- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives & deliverables.
- Utilise your smelter industry expertise to provide strategic guidance and technical insights throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations & vendor management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Based in, or willingness to relocate to Portland, VIC.
- Proven experience in project management with time spent in the smelting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools & methodologies.

As a Senior Project Manager,you will provide direction and project management to ensure project completion in accordance with contractual obligations.
