We are currently seeking 3 experienced Panelbeaters to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our renowned automotive repair shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments of damaged vehicles to identity repair requirements
• Performing panel straightening, welding, and filling to repair body damages
• Removing dents, scratches and other imperfections using appropriate tools and techniques
• Replacing or repairing damaged panels and parts as per manufacturer specifications
• Aligning and fitting repaired panels to ensure a seamless finish
• Priming, sanding, and painting repaired areas to match the vehicle's original finish
• Conducting quality checks to ensure repairs meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion
• Maintaining a clean and organised workplace to promote safety and efficiency
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Minimum of three years relevant work experience
• Relevant certifications/trade qualifications highly regarded
• Proficiency in using various panel repair tools and equipment
• Familiarity with vehicle manufacturer specifications and repair guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritse tasks and manage time efficiently
