- Coordination of the build with support from the Project Manager.
- Processing and submitting variations and purchase orders.
- Prepare and collate addenda.
- Coordinate council/shire applications.
- Client liaison - update clients throughout the build process.
- Ensure building contracts are well interpreted and signed accordingly.
- Liaise with external parties such as engineers, subcontractors & neighbours.
- Work in conjunction with the Scheduler as required.
- Support Project Manager as required.
- Deliver multiple projects concurrently.
- Contract Administration / Client Liaison experience in the residential construction industry.
- An understanding of the build lifecycle (from an administrative perspective) from sale sign up through to practical completion.
- Strong customer service skills, you must liaise with clients & external parties professionally.

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join this family friendly team. Working closely with the Director & Project Manager, this is a rare opportunity to be a key part of delivering some of Perth's most stunning houses. The position could be part time or full time. Either 3, 4 or 5 days a week depending on the person and their availability.
