    The requirements

    • Guide the overall direction of the ERP program and provide strategic advice to the Program Sponsor, ERP Program Steering Committee and key stakeholders
    • Share lessons learnt from similar Commonwealth government implementations
    • Resolve resourcing and scheduling conflicts between ERP projects
    • Work closely with leads of other transformation programs and resolve resourcing and scheduling conflicts between these programs
    • Assist in defining project scope and manage scope creep
    • Monitor program performance against established objectives and milestones, in conjunction with business stream leads and project managers
    • Ensure the ERP program complies with all relevant requirements, including legislation, government policy and internal processes
    • Work closely with project managers and business stream leads to co-ordinate the overall ERP program

    Expected Output:

    • Direct the ERP Program in compliance with applicable requirements and best practice approaches
    • Attendance at monthly ERP Program Steering Committee meetings
    • Review and provide input into key ERP documentation
