    COMPANY OVERVIEW:
    Our client is a swiftly expanding boutique enterprise overseeing nearly 500 titles across more than 50 buildings scattered throughout Melbourne. We're on the lookout for a meticulously organized, experienced, and motivated individual capable of independent work while also contributing to and advancing team and business objectives.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We're in search of a meticulously organised candidate to handle clerical bookkeeping responsibilities, with a slight involvement in property account management tasks. APPROX. 20 HOURS PER WEEK

    • Administrate and collate invoices from emails.
    • Coordinate and schedule invoice payments week to week.
    • Oversee property budgets.
    • Prepare and generate reports for annual general meetings and for OC Committees.
    • Assist and coordinate general account keeping for OC buildings.
    • Liaise with and renew insurance policies

    ABOUT YOU:

    • 2 years minimum experience working in Owners Corporation
