    Corporate Advisory Paralegal Opportunity

    A leading law firm in Perth is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their Corporate Advisory team. This role involves conducting research, drafting documents and assisting with due diligence reviews.

    Key Requirements:


    • Prior experience as a paralegal in corporate law;
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively;

    The job requires legal knowledge. Previous employees who worked on similar tasks had between 1-10 years experience so this job may suit recent graduates or people that already have previous employment at top-tiered firms. A very important aspect of this job is teamwork which builds strong working relationships.
    Varying types of projects would be involved ranging from researching new cases involving property deeds through liasing with colleagues from other departments when disputes arise over loan repayments after couples get divorced requiring court appearance for custody arrangements among others related areas where negotiation can often lead towards successful out-of-court settlements before they reach trial stage saving everyone stress anxiety money etcetera whilst maintaining respect professionalism throughout whole process!   ​
