    What Will You Do?

    Working closely with your business stakeholders and our operational HR team, you will you will be involved in a wide range of activities, you'll:

    • assist your portfolio with HR related support activities such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and development and compensation
    • provide practical HR guidance on the full lifecycle of HR activities and people matters
    • have the opportunity to be involved in project initiatives that will enhance our employee capability and experience

    More About You

    Perhaps you are an experienced graduate looking for the next step, or an HR professional, in any case, you're adept at building meaningful relationships. You'll bring:

    • a degree qualification in a HR or Business discipline
    • an ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships
    • a dedication to achieving business outcomes
    • an enthusiasm to learn and understand the business
