    As a Customer Service Representative at DHL in the transport team, your call centre skills will be readily used to ensure the customers enquires are handled at a fast pace and to the satisfaction of our customers and the business. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology

    You have the following qualities & qualifications:

    • Previous customer service experience (phone and email)
    • Have experience working in a call centre environment
    • Have exposure to working within the transport industry
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Proven experience in providing solutions to escalations
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Demonstrated ability to multi task
