Opportunity available for a talented Site Manager to join a successful QLD based insurance builder.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
This mid-sized, and steadily growing, insurance construction company is well established across Queensland in both metro and regional areas.
They have excellent industry relationships and on-going projects under various insurers.
Projects include everything from BAU and emergency make safes, to large scale disaster response and major loss works.
There is ample on-going work and this is a permanent position.
The company value skilled building professionals and offer trust in highly autonomous roles.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will be managing large and major loss, residential and commercial insurance repair projects in the Gold Coast region, under a range of insurers.

This is predominantly a site based role, with 1-2 days per week in the local office.
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday.
The starting salary on offer is $120,000 - $130,000 + superannuation + company vehicle OR vehicle allowance.

ABOUT YOU

Min 3 years Site Supervising experience within the insurance repair building space - preferably across both residential and commercial, and with major loss exposure.

Open or mid-rise builders license.

Well presented and empathetic - ability to interact well with home owners going through a difficult period dealing with damage to their properties.

Ability and interest to commit to the role long term.
