    What you'll do

    • Support and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
    • Adhere to, and enforce compliance with all legal obligations and requirements eg.enterprise agreements, Chain of Responsibility along with company policies and processes and DC Work Instructions
    • Promote safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working
    • Lead business, operational and special event planning
    • Manage and monitor operational KPI's to ensure resource planning is within budget and meets volume forecasts
    • Build a high performance team through clearly defined objectives, development plans, open and transparent communication
    • Demonstrate our values and ways of working

    What you'll bring

    • Operational leadership experience
    • Coaching and mentoring experience
    • Experienced at leading and implementing change
    • Knowledge of relevant OH&S and RTW legislation
    • Extensive experience in FMCG, Distribution, retail, people management
