    Full time, Permanent opportunity Sydney - Hybrid working Exciting opportunity to work for one of Australia's retail media pioneers We are currently in a scale-up phase with significant further growth ahead, Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture.


    Client Strategists will provide critical support to Senior Managers - Client Strategy to expand the level of strategic engagement we can offer to our clients.

    Working end-to-end with clients to ensure campaign activity is aligned to clearly-stated objectives.


    You will support the client strategy team to deliver strategic workshops, transform data into actionable insights, and inform more effective campaign decisions.


    You will also work closely with the frontline Sales Teams (CPT, BIGW and APT) at Cartology to develop and support plans to drive long term partnerships with key and prospective clients through data driven, strategically aligned insights.

    What you'll do Surface insights from a range of data sources to inform more effective strategic campaign recommendations.

    Assist and support insight development for client planning workshops.


    Collaborate with relevant internal (Cartology Sales, Marketing & Insights & Media Insights team) and Group stakeholders to foster a more cohesive client experience.


    Support and where possible lead narrative development in post campaign analysis (what worked / did not work and opportunities for future improvement) for key clients, demonstrating brand impact and trade performance.


    Support and where possible oversee over-and-above analytics insight (beyond standard EOC reporting) in partnership with the Media Insights team to provide greater clarity into campaign impact Develop case study opportunities to showcase best-in-class campaign impact What you'll bring Significant exposure in key strategy role(s) within a media or creative agency, media vendor.

    Proven ability to transform data into compelling narrative Clear communication and organisational skills.
