    Classroom Teacher

    Larapinta Primary School

    Remuneration Package $98,711 - $140,838 (including salary $84,191 - $120,742)

    Full Time (36:45 hours per week) fixed vacancy in Alice Springs available to 26/01/2026

    Our school provides education to over 300 students from Preschool to Year 6. Our grounds boast beautifully developed play areas, well-resourced teaching and learnings spaces and a progressive, friendly and supportive team who will make your teaching journey in the Red Centre the most rewarding experience yet.

    Join our team and receive:

    • An attractive salary commencing at $84,191 to $120,742 (based on your years of classroom teaching experience).
    • Plus 11% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading, 12 weeks leave (6 weeks recreation leave and 6 weeks stand down leave per annum), 3 weeks personal leave per annum, cultural leave and option to salary sacrifice.
    • Relocation assistance support – we'll cover your moving costs.
    • 20 weeks free accommodation in a fully furnished 1 bedroom unit (includes electricity and Wi-Fi).
    • Followed by 20 weeks subsidised rent at $250 per week (includes electricity and Wi-Fi).
    • We'll invest in you with professional development and growth opportunities.
    • A supportive leadership team and a collaborative and friendly group of colleagues.

    The school is located on the western edge of Alice Springs, nestled at the foot of the picturesque Mount Gillen. Alice Springs (known as Mparntwe to the Arrernte people) is the hub of the Red Centre, surrounded by the majestic MacDonnell Ranges.
