About the role

Seeking an enthusiastic individual to bring energy and passion to the role of Lifestyle Coordinator. Responsible for designing and implementing a high-quality calendar of activities and events. This full-time position involves supporting and coordinating staff, volunteers, and community engagement. Regis' Lifestyle program is tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goal setting to empower residents for independence and well-being.

How you'll make an impact

• Develop lifestyle programs focusing on enhancing Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Cultural, and Social well-being based on individual needs, preferences, and goals
• Active participation in activity delivery
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate Lifestyle Assessments of residents
• Ensure timely documentation of resident participation and engagement
• Manage and mentor the lifestyle team for engaging activities
• Support inducting and training new team members and volunteers
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers
• Facilitate community engagement opportunities

About you

• Demonstrated understanding of Leisure and Lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality Standards
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
• Previous experience in a Lifestyle Assistant / Coordinator role (desirable)
