    Job Description

    The Senior Solution Sales Executive will drive market success for ServiceNow's Creator Workflow products, built on our market-leading Service Management platform.

    This platform creates a single source of truth, allowing enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution
    • Provide input to Account Executives during account planning based on territory strategy and recommendations
    • Ensure alignment with Now Value principles in territory strategy and account planning
    • Collaborate with customers to envision the value of digital transformation and develop strategies by partnering with the rest of the account team, customer, and partners
    • Interlock with Solution Consultants and Specialist Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement, based on engagement model
    • Coach Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and Account Customer Coordinators with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle
    • Customize time allocation of responsibilities to meet territory and account team needs and celebrate successes
    • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in return on investment of specialty solutions areas to lead solution win
    • Experience as an Account Executive or in alternative sales/customer service roles
    • Understanding of business sales processes
