    Director of Nursing/Director of Clinical Services:


    Randstad Health and Social Care have partnered with RDNS, Silverchain, a leading in-home health provider in South Australia, to support the recruitment of this exclusive role.


    Joining the South Australia leadership team, you will leverage your clinical knowledge and experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and set strategic directions for the sustainability of the RDNS service.

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
    • Previous senior management and leadership experience
    • Demonstrated accountability, capability, and commercial awareness
    • Ability to identify and manage risk
    • Proven ability to achieve various key performance indicators
    • National Police Certificate, Working With Children Check, and NDIS workers screening check (or ability to obtain)
    • Relevant vaccination compliance
