We're thrilled to be expanding our team and currently seeking an outstanding Occupational Therapist.

Requirements:

We are searching for a dedicated individual ready to make a positive impact on the lives of NDIS participants in Melbourne. Our dynamic team is looking for a passionate, independent, adaptable, and highly skilled OT to enhance participants' lives, increase their independence, and assist with daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Providing mobile OT services within the community to assist NDIS participants in achieving their objectives.
Conducting assessments and interventions for both children and adults at their home, school, or workplace.
Performing functional capacity assessments, life skills training, equipment prescription, home environment evaluations, and preparing detailed recommendation reports.
Collaborating with our leadership team to establish a robust OT service and facilitate business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

A genuine passion for helping others and responding to their needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with individuals.
Familiarity with the NDIS framework and a solid grasp of person-centred care.
Readiness to embrace business growth opportunities and contribute to decision-making processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Occupational Therapy degree from a recognized institution.
Current AHPRA registration and eligibility to work in Victoria.
Valid Victorian Driver License.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the NDIS industry.
Ability to adapt to changes proactively.
Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
