Responsibilities

  • Arrange travel bookings, manage diaries, coordinate day-to-day activities, organise meetings, and catering as required
  • Support monthly corporate card reconciliations, invoice approvals, and personal expense reimbursements
  • Assist with general administrative activities such as document management, scanning, printing, report compilation, and mail distribution
  • Prepare team meeting agendas, minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Assist with onboarding new starters, liaising with IT for equipment setup and induction
  • Organise team events and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation
  • Provide overflow and ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant as needed
