About the Job

Permanent Full time position, located in Royal Park, Parkville with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain and renovate turf to the highest standard, adhering to chemical management processes.
• Maintain, repair and report on all tools, equipment and fleet.
• Demonstrate commitment to team health, wellbeing and safety.

Requirements:

• Turf Management apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Current and valid chemical application certificate (ACUP).
• Current Driver's License.

Desirable Experience:

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management.
• Experience maintaining turf wickets, warm and cool season turf surfaces.
• Use of a variety of turf machinery.
• Sports fields line marking experience.
• Multi pro sprayer experience.
• Inspecting, maintaining and reporting on green keeping areas including irrigation, turf, tools, equipment, schedules and agreements.
• Pest and disease identification.
• Staff supervision and motivation.

Working Hours:

6:40am to 3:10pm Monday to Friday, overtime available but not expected.
