We are looking for an experienced Hardship/Collections Officer who is eager to make an impact within an evolving and rapidly growing business.
This role is working with a Sydney-based start-up, offering a socially responsible financial product, at a time it's needed most.
Essentially you will be working with a brand that assists its audience with financial well-being by learning about money management to avoid falling into debt traps.
Focusing on delivering an exceptional experience and empathising with customers, this is role will see you speaking with a diverse range of account holders seeing no two days being the same.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives when thinking outside the box, tailoring realistic and sustainable solutions while building relationships and negotiating the best outcome.
The Role:
Navigate financial hardship claims with emotional intelligence and empathy
Assess the account holder's financial position
Negotiation of payments
Work towards having the account holder back into regular paying status
Reviewing supporting documentation to make informed decisions

About You:
Must have Hardship / Collections experience
Demonstrated ability to manage your own time and workload
Excellent communication skills
A strong customer service ethic
Thrives in a fast-paced changing environment
