    The Opportunity As the Accounting Manager, reporting directly to Wes CEF's Finance Manager, you'll utilise your technical accountingskills and commercial intuition to influence and enable valuecreation.

    Your role is pivotal – leading a small teamdedicated to providing the business with timely, accurate, andinsightful financial information to positively influence decisionmaking

    Your Role:

    Provide effective leadership, building a culture of highperformance, integrity, collaboration and continuousimprovement; Preparing monthly financial statements and board reportsfor the business, providing meaningful analysis, insights andperformance commentary; Operating as a strategic business partner by providingfinancial acumen and support to business strategy formulationand execution; Manage the forecasting, budgeting and corporate planningprocesses.

    Provide insightful commentary that links financialperformance of key business drivers and strategies; Ensure appropriate levels of governance and controls existto mitigate financial and operational risks; Oversee all aspects of taxation compliance and supportrequirements for all business unit and entities

    About You:

    Not only are you a finance leader; you're capable ofseeing beyond the numbers and clearly articulating the underlyingperformance of the business.

    Your track record speaks volumes,showcasing your ability to lead, analyse, and effectively partnerwith the business.

    You Bring:
    Previous experience in leading high performance teams,enabling effective business partnership.
    An analytical mind adept at solving problems and seizingopportunities.
    A relentless drive for continuous improvement.
    Exceptional communication skills that resonate withstakeholders at all levels.
    Qualifications that matter – a business-relateddegree and membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, CPA Australia or equivalent.
    Solid systems experience e.g.
    Oracle, TM1 and SAP.

    SAPexperience is highly desirable as we have commenced our SAPimplementation journey to optimise our business processes witha single divisional-wide ERP.
