Based in Brisbane, the ESOL (Energy Solutions) Trading Integration Analyst is responsible for managing the implementation and integration into T&S of the behind the meter energy solutions including Bess and flexible products. Working within the Shell Energy Spot Trading team based in Brisbane, the successful candidate will be the primary interface to enable delivery of the ESOL roadmap and integration with the Trading and Supply business. In fulfilling these requirements, the role will liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders including partners and service providers to ensure timely delivery of the project plan.

Lead the change, from the frontline

With honesty, integrity and respect, you will:

• Project manager and interface for ESOL project delivery and asset performance monitoring
• Deliver a robust compliance framework, assurance monitoring as well as defined roles and responsibilities across the various internal stakeholders.
• Interface with internal stakeholders including ESOL, Flex, T&S, SER & Shell IT, BIAM, regulatory and compliance teams from planning phase to post go live.
• Primary interface for rollout of UAT testing plan, commissioning, and monitoring post go-live as part of an integrated portfolio of assets.
• Integrate IT software and bidding solutions to develop daily processes and ways of working.
• Collate data as part of internal reviews and regulatory submissions
• Provide regular updates to the broader spot team around strategy and planning, contract management, optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Provide reporting and engagement with ESOL Flex team to ensure progress and priorities are captured and fully aligned, participating in regular forums.
• Liaise with Flex team has the focal point for demand response activities and strategy.
• Maintain all relevant procedures required by ESOL, Flex, and spot trading teams.

• IT infrastructure design, testing and integration into Shell T&S systems and processes.
• Maintaining desktop applications and IT processes to ensure timely and accurate data management to support a growing business and evolving market landscape.
• Influencing skills to meet business objectives and to ensure effective communication across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
