    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead and inspire a talented team of restaurants, lounge, and function professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, teamwork, and excellence.

    Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of our acclaimed 2-hat restaurant and superb function facilities, from reservation management to event execution.
    Collaborate closely with the culinary team to curate innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, exquisite flavours, and artistic presentation.
    Uphold impeccable standards of service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction, exceeding the expectations of our discerning clientele.
    Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and personalised guest experiences.

    Qualifications:


    Proven experience in restaurant and function management within a high-end dining establishment, preferably with recognition such as hats or stars.
