    About DBG Health & Axe Health Services:

    Position Purpose:

    The primary purpose of this role is to educate and support nurses and other primary care professionals by raising awareness of a specific disease state. This role includes performing patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality nursing care in pharmacy or other settings.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Establish working relationships with GP's, practice nurses, and primary healthcare professionals/stakeholders.
    • Educate GP's and practice nurses on a specific disease state, run patient searches for auditing, monitor outcomes, and GP professional development.
    • Conduct patient searches for audit purposes, track outcomes, and support the professional development of General Practitioners.
    • Manage a territory of GP clinics across metro and rural areas.
    • Develop, organize, and deliver educational presentations to groups of primary care professionals, offer personalized one-on-one teaching sessions.
    • Collaborate within a dynamic national team, gain exposure to innovative products, programs, and services.
    • Familiarize yourself with and follow all clinic protocols, procedures, and policies for each engagement.
    • Assessment, planning, and delivery of care to people who have acute and/or chronic physical and mental health issues in pharmacy or other settings.

    Requirements:

    • Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.
    • APHRA registration.
    • Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential).
    • Experience delivering education to primary care professionals (preferred).
