    **Role Overview:**

    Audika, part of the Demant hearing healthcare group, offers solutions to help people with hearing loss. With over 22,000 staff in more than 30 countries and a presence in over 130 nations, we strive to improve the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments.

    The Role:

    This position supports the property team in response to recent growth through acquisitions and network development. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, overseeing clinic rebranding and refurbishments, and ensuring compliance with statutory licenses and certificates.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Lease Management: Negotiate new leases, renewals, terminations, and prepare final lease documents to align with business objectives.
    • Financial Oversight: Manage property-related invoices, rental payments, and budgetary allocations (Opex and Capex).
    • Project Management: Oversee refurbishments and rebranding projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
    • Compliance and Reporting: Maintain property information systems, manage statutory licenses and certificates, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, landlords, contractors, and councils on leases, planning, and property maintenance.
    • Maintenance Coordination: Manage preventative maintenance and repairs, fostering strong contractor relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.
    • Systems and Data Management: Develop and improve lease registers and databases for better expenditure tracking and compliance monitoring.

    **Requirements:**

    • 5+ years of experience in property management and lease administration within a multisite retail environment, with expertise in lease negotiation, Retail Tenancy Act, and property laws.
    • Strong financial skills, including budgeting, reporting, data analysis, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities while building positive relationships with contractors and suppliers.
    • Bachelor's degree in Property Economics, with excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
    • Willingness to travel interstate, supported by a current driver's license.
